Erick * from Eck Heating & Air Conditioning provided a thorough and informative pre-winter furnace inspection on our main furnace and the small up stairs furnace. Only one part was needed above the inspection. Eric showed me the part, clearly corroded and explained it's purpose and gave a fair price. The service was very professional. Bruce B., Oak Park, IL

Jeff was very professional and very polite. He completed the cleaning and inspection of my furnace in no time flat. Would have him come again next year for my annual cleaning. I have had Elm Heating & Cooling for many years and I think they are great. Have recommended them to my friends.

First cold front of the season---our heat wouldn't work. Called Elm Heating and Cooling and, as always, they responded quickly. The initial phone contact was warm, reassuring and helpful. Jeff arrived at the appointed time..and quickly resolved the issue. He explained everything he was doing, thoroughly explained costs and most importantly discussed preventive maintenance that would decrease the need for emergency calls. We have used Elm Heating and Cooling in the past---always pleased with entire process and results!

Had Jeff from Elm Heating and Cooling service my furnace for winter today. Very efficient, explained everything he was doing. Instructed us on how to set our control on our humidifier and he even changed the batteries on our thermostat. Jeff always does a very good job.

Called Elm Heating on Wednesday and had a Mike come out and my furnace problem went away and he advised me what I should do in the FUTURE. Thursday morning the Furnace went down completely, that afternoon another service person Jeff came and I bought him up to speed and then he tried an overheat switch and then could not reset the electronics board and then replaced that, and problem solved on my OLD Furnace, in less than one hour. Erik just left - he did our annual service on both furnaces and checked our two humidifiers. He was super friendly and very professional. We have used Elm for many years for both furnaces and air conditioners. We have no complaints - Thanks to Erik again for his prompt and speedy service!
