I have to say that I am never disappointed with the service and technicians from Elm Heating and Cooling. The best group to work with and the most honest technicians I know. Derek came to service my home and he did a great job on the furnace and in explaining what was needed and what to keep an eye on in the future. Amazing customer experience and highly recommended!!!!
Jeff performed annual furnace maintenance today. He was very polite and professional. He made me aware of a possible way to increase the humidification level and said he would look into it further. he seems to have the best interests of the customer in mind.
We have used Elm Heating before and been very satisfied. This time was no exception. Jeff our technician was very friendly and professional. He found the issue right away and was able to get our compressor up and running right away. We will definitely use Elm in the future if we have any other issues.
Jeff C came out for a service call my furnace wasn't responding to the call of the thermostat,after a few checks with the system he determined it was a break I the wire from furnace to the thermostat. Was very fast to find the problem and didn't waste time .
Brian came out and inspected everything for me turned out what I thought would be a costly repair was a quick fix very professional and very knowledgeable also very patient as I was dealing with my kids thank you Brian.

Joe T. came out twice to give me an A/C tune-up and he was very pleasant and thorough both times :)
Tony came out to service my A/C and handled it in a professional way. He knows what he is doing and is very personable and provides helpful and necessary information for maintenance which I can perform in between tune-ups. Tony was out last year too and showed me a neat trick for changing the filter on the air handler. I have been using ELM for over 30 years and Tony continues the tradition of knowledgeable, friendly technicians I have come to rely on and respect from ELM's representatives.
Had Elm out to due our yearly check on the air condition. Joe T checked everything and even had our air filter in his truck so we didn't have to try and find it at a store. This is the only heating and cooling company that we have had at our house, they take care of everything and explain everything that was done or needs to be done. They are polite, pleasant and always take very good care of us so I never have to worry about something that wasn't done.
