Had the situation that one of my furnance was going out while the weather got really cold. I called Elm H&C and Jeffrey came that same evening to identify the problem, order the part and install it right away the next day. GREAT SERVICE at a good price.

Jeff is very competent, friendly and professional. After a routine furnace cleaning for winter he patiently explained problems he found with our humidifier and hot water heater. We appreciate his thorough approach to his job and his taking the extra steps necessary to assure a job well done. We highly recommend Jeff and Elm Heating.

Elm installed our a/c a couple of years ago and we have been pleased with the job it does and the maintenance provided by Elm. Their technicians are always courteous, polite and know what they're doing. Today, they installed a new boiler. Miguel and Angel were the two techs who spent the day here and worked tirelessly to get the job done. They ran into some difficulties but they mastered them. During a standard service call Jeff showed me some serious rust in the pipes that carry carbon monoxide from my furnance. He replaced the pipes and fittings on the spot and explained what he checked and what he found. He's an excellent communicator and a total professional. Needless to say I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Had a regular fall service call with Jeff. He did a complete inspection, found a gas leak and replaced the valve. Also replaced a part on our humidifier that was under warranty. Cleaned unit and replaced filter and checked thermostat. Very professional explained everything he was doing and gave us information on other services. We are very satisfied with the job.

I had a new furnace installed and had trouble with it not turning off. Elm heating sent Tony C out to look at it and he said that a part had to be replaced. I was not able to have that part installed that day because of a prior commitment. Tony was able to come out the next morning and installed the part. he was very professional and explained what he did and explained the operation of the thermostat. The company and the crew has been very good. I will recommend Elm Heating to anyone who needs heating or cooling.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Elm Heating & Cooling over the past 6 years. We finally upgraded our 20+ year old furnace and 15+ year old A/C unit and Mike D. and Dave did a fantastic job. They went over the new system with me and even humored my 4 year old when she wanted to say "Hello" and introduce herself to them. They even took care of removing the dead bird by our chimney.
