We always use Elm Heating & Cooling for maintenance or repairs. Our technician Jeff C. was professional, and diagnosed the issue with our furnace promptly and explained the issue completely. We will of course use Elm again.
Sending a BIG shot out to Tony C. for going above and beyond the call of duty to secure a replacement motor for our furnace on a Saturday evening. He went the extra mile to go to the Elm office, get the motor and install it so my husband and I could be comfortable in our home. Elm Heating and Cooling is lucky to have an employee like Tony C. That type of dedication is rare these days.
I had a very good experience with everyone. We had a Unico air conditioning system placed in our very old home. I was very worried about having extra trouble because nothing is ever easy in an old house. But everything went smoothly!!!! The guys were on time, respectful and did a great job!!! No damage to the old plaster, which was a miracle. Thanks!!!! Now if this summer would only get hot!!!

Jeff showed up on time and preformed the maintenance on my air condtioner in a professional manor. He provided detail information as to what he was doing and why. Jeff noticed a part that looked like it could fail at any time. He called received authorization to replace the part before it failed, saving me another service call and time.
ELMHeating and cooling were so great they came yesterday to my home we didn't have air condition for a few days. my husband john called they came out right away assessed the problem and sent out rafy and phil the service specialist . with in a few hours we had a brand new unit installed . they were curtious and explained everything step by step of what they needed to do . thank you so very much mister and misses john r hamilton
