My husband was very satisfied with Jeff servicing & cleaning our furnace & replacing a part that was needed. You can be sure we will be using Elm Heating & Cooling as our go-to from now on. This was our first time with Elm but it sure won't be our last.
I have to say that I am never disappointed with the service and technicians from Elm Heating and Cooling. The best group to work with and the most honest technicians I know. Derek came to service my home and he did a great job on the furnace and in explaining what was needed and what to keep an eye on in the future. Amazing customer experience and highly recommended!!!!

Jeff performed annual furnace maintenance today. He was very polite and professional. He made me aware of a possible way to increase the humidification level and said he would look into it further. he seems to have the best interests of the customer in mind.

We have used Elm Heating before and been very satisfied. This time was no exception. Jeff our technician was very friendly and professional. He found the issue right away and was able to get our compressor up and running right away. We will definitely use Elm in the future if we have any other issues.
We have been using Elm Heating for many years and have always had excellent service. This year we had the boiler checked before the heating season and Gerry *. was the technician. Gerry did an outstanding job! He was very thorough and informed me of service options without pressuring to add the services. He explained what he was doing and why. We will definitely request Gerry in the future. Elm Heating is an outstanding company.
Jeff C came out for a service call my furnace wasn't responding to the call of the thermostat,after a few checks with the system he determined it was a break I the wire from furnace to the thermostat. Was very fast to find the problem and didn't waste time .
