I went in for my scheduled service and oil change yesterday; and the experience was a very good one. They began work on my car Immediately and had it completed within the timeframe stated, and then washed the car. I have dealt with this Toyota franchise for many years and bought two of my cars there, and I’ve always been well satisfied with the products and the services.

Every time I take my car in to Elk Grove Toyota for maintenance, I get top quality service. There was one issue with an after-market device I had installed for towing but Miguel did some extra research and figured out what needed to be done. Thank you Elk Grove Toyota!!

I need a replacement of the rear brakes for My wife’s 2008 Toyota Yaris. On August 17, at 8:00 am I called Toyota Elk Grove service, and I was given a quote for about $280 to $350 ( include rear brake parts and labor). I went and scheduled for 5k service and it was a disaster. I drop by car at 8am and got no update until 5pm and told me my car wasn’t ready until the next day. So I came and got the loaner then picked up my car the next day. They didnt washed my car, my sticker for the oil change was not done and worst as soon as I got home today my battery light was on.
