Did try to help find vehicle during low stock
Elk Grove ****** advertises no dealer **** up, but unfortunately that does not make up for their complete lack of customer service. I was assured that after filling out a credit application a vehicle was being held for me and I would be notified when it arrived and would have 48 hours to claim it. I was contacted when the car arrived at the dealer, but then I was informed that the car was no longer being held for me due to the sales woman's mistake. do not go to this they are a bunch of layers i lease a car whit them when I return it, they told me i have to coalify to buy it when I made my payments on time for the three years so the only option, they give me is to get a new car they told me they would take the value of the lease car for ****** the value of the new car was ****** I trust them and now checking my contract I still owe them ****** where are the ****** they tuck of the lease car check really well what you sign they make you feel like they are helping you the... read more
Dealer not very helpful. I know it’s a difficult time in the car business with chip shortages etc. but this dealer made the process even more challenging, e.g. not even wanting to discuss anything until I completed a loan application.
Inaccurate inventory. No 2022 Toyota Prius Prime. I have been checking and looking since February with them. When I go there I am told none available. The website is wrong on inventory, I am told. I was told they would have some coming in, but they were reserved. I asked to reserve one, I was told I could not. Very frustrated and confused. Waste of time and energy. I even checked for 2022 Prius and the same.
Very Pleasant
Very poor experience. After a great initial conversation on the phone, I drove there to check out a Prius Prime and was ready to make a deal. Unfortunately, they offered a ridiculously low trade-in value for my 2018 Camry, much below the trade-in estimate from their own website. I immediately asked for my keys back and will never patronize this dealership again. So beware when you go there - they seem to have a used-care dealership mentality and seem to think customers are too stupid to figure out the value of their trade-in... read more
