I dropped off my car at the service area it was easy, Victor was great he was friendly and overall nice experience. I went to get a rental I reserved and that was easy took about 10 min. I got a txt that my car was ready but we had a napping baby and swim class so we txted what time we would be there. He said it was fine that it would be at the front desk.
