This is the worst place to go to buy a car. The way we were treated by the sales manager *** and the sales rep was just crazy. We were told that we are buying 2022 car after all the paperwork is done they said oh this car is 2021 and refused to hear us and told us to leave.
I haven’t been there yet Alicia is incredible at coordinating visits. He’s very friendly and easy going
This is a horrible dealer. I emailed to confirm if the car is there, called an hour before I drove an hour to their dealership to find out when i arrived that the car was sold. They knew the car was sold but they wanted me to be at their dealer to sell me something else. I wasted two hours driving through traffic (heavy commute hours). Don't do business with this dealership, very shady if you ask me.

My service man is Anthony . He is a really great service advisor. He’s honest. He tells me to my face like it was, when he identified a problem. Most service advisors are worthless. They don’t even take the time anymore to go over your report with you. Their thing is we send you a link, you read it. The guy before Anthony was extremely disinterested and the rudest. I did a oil change before a few days , and after you guys finished and wash the car , i saw something wrong with the front bumper its was move out from the car body , “ probably broke the bracket, I called the manager he just pushed it back,, lol he thought he did something “ MAGICAL “ i felt so bad , but the thing here is it’s kept move out and his magic doesn’t work so far !! Took my car in for service yesterday. As I was driving home, I noticed my passenger side mirror is wobbling. Took it back today and was told they didn't do it. Of course. They said there's a clip missing and it's normal wear and tear. Totally coincidental that it just happened after them servicing it. Especially when I don't drive anywhere right now due to quarantine.
