I spoke with Brian Rea about a car I was interested in and wanted to set up a time to come in. Brian went above and beyond my expectations by holding the car until my scheduled date and time so it wouldn’t be sold before I had a chance to see the car. Before we got to the dealership we had received an email from another Toyota dealership over an hour away regarding special pricing. Was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I’ve ever made. Did most of the purchase online and once I went into the showroom it was only a matter of test driving and signing docs. Jeremy Coffey was great at finding me the exact vehicle I wanted and answered all of my questions. If I’m ever In need of another vehicle, I’ll be looking to Jeremy and Elk Grove Toyota.

I love my car and I love Toyota! I bought another RAV4 because I had such a great experience with my first one. I bought it in 2008. I’ve never had any major issues after 12 years and over 100,000 miles it is still going strong! The people at Toyota are very friendly and provide excellent customer service!
