Purchased the package with 5 services. Came in today, supposed 4th oil change and other stuffs but they only did tire rotation and inspection. Truck was not washed because of the roofrack though 4months ago they washed it. Previous 3 services were good, but today got me a bit confused why they suck.

Most of our vehicles have an oil change every other service. However some have the oil change every service. For the carwash, our staff is not supposed to take the vehicles through the carwash if there is a Roof rack. The reason is because the curtains in our carwash can get caught and rip apart. Went for a routine maintenance on my new Camry. Also had them check out other parts of the car that I was concerned about. Told me it would be ready in 4 hours when I dropped it off but it only took 2.5 which was nice.

I was led to this dealership due to them being the local dealer for the Firefighter's First Credit Union/Costco Auto program. I was interested in a certain make/model and had contacted them about it.
