I need a replacement of the rear brakes for My wife’s 2008 Toyota Yaris. On August 17, at 8:00 am I called Toyota Elk Grove service, and I was given a quote for about $280 to $350 ( include rear brake parts and labor). I was planning to schedule an appointment with them but the Service Rep told me that the earliest they can schedule me for the service is August 25th because they are booked. I went and scheduled for 5k service and it was a disaster. I drop by car at 8am and got no update until 5pm and told me my car wasn’t ready until the next day. So I came and got the loaner then picked up my car the next day. They didnt washed my car, my sticker for the oil change was not done and worst as soon as I got home today my battery light was on. The service department at Elk Grove is 1st class. I had lost my keys and I needed to purchase a new key and have it reprogrammed. Anthony made sure that I felt that I would be in good hands. The tow company was almost 4 hours late on delivering my vehicle. But Anthony continued to reassume me that I was in good hands and I will be taken care of. I was in and out the same day all thanks to Anthony.

Two years ago, I bought my 2018 C-HR premium off of the showroom. Yesterday, I upgraded to a 2020 Toyota RAV4 TRD. Can I say I got it off the showroom too!!! Happy girl! Love the services provided!
