brought my car in around 8:30am with no appointment. Told service advisor I needed it by 2:00pm at the latest, he said no problem it only takes 3 -4 hours. called down at 1:30, car wasn't ready asked them to just pull it up front that I had to take it. showed up at 2:00 had to explain myself multiple times before i got my car. was told i was next up and they'd pull it back if i could wait.
