yes i would i loved how there was no hesitation in finding me a way back to where i staying.
I had a very nice interaction with Gustavo while dropping our van off for service. He took the time to explain what was done, point out the items that will need attention next time, and even explained how the new service center can check the vehicle’s alignment upon driving into the garage. He also mentioned the extended service plan but did not make it a pressure situation which was nice. Thank you, Gustavo!
We’ve been going to Folsom Toyota for years and after one too many times of it taking literally 3 hours for an oil change (+snarky staff) we decided to give Elk Grove a try. We were very happy with the staff, the car wash, the snack, complimentary coffee & water and the timely manner in which they performed the maintenance on our vehicle. The folks here need to go to Folsom Lake service center to show them how to do things! We’ll be back.
Service Department has great service and I cannot express enough a job that my service advisor Solomon has done to go above and beyond his duties. Solomon has made me feel like a VIP and took care of all my needs in a quick and fast service that I did not expect. So thank you Solomon.
