Yesterday I took my truck to get seviced at Elk Grove Toyota. The customer service was amazing! I was greeted right away by very friendly personnel. I went in for just service but ended up getting new tires which I knew I needed. I didn’t know they offered “take off” tires which saved me money! The service rep (Matthew) offered to pay for Uber since it was going to take 3 hours. Excellant experience! I plan on coming back for my next service and using my $50 credit! 😁
