Took our 2015 Toyota Camry in for the 30,000 mile service. Was told it would be an hour and 45 mins. I figured I would wait which I did. 2 hours later, I went to check on my car and to see of it was done. Nothing was done, they haven't started on it. I sat there for 2 hours. Found Matthew, my service advisor guy, he THEN informed me it normally takes 5 hours!! I told him that is not what he told me when checking the car in. I left, with my car. And will not be going back. Will have to try Folsom for my car needs.
Bill Gann is the best. Prices are great but it's really about the people. Thank you again Bill for your help with the new 4Runner. I'll be seeing you next time a new vehicle calls....

RecommendedSo I made a review regarding on yelp regarding the salesperson and one of the sales managers not too long ago but now I'm upset. Took my certified pre owned 2015 Toyota Corolla S Plus in because they sold it to me with the fog light out and a puncture in the tire. The fog light they will fix but they are refusing to fix the tire because it's only cosmetic. This review does not reflect on the salesperson Juan who sold me my car, he was extremely helpful and very great about the entire process. This review is for the disaster that started 3 days after the purchase. When I drove off the lot on Monday after financing the car and paying all the DMV fees, I had 03/2017 registration tags on my car. I am so impressed with Elk Grove Toyota. I brought my Camry in for a quote on specific repairs that I was told by 2 other places I needed. EG Toyota (Anthony) told me after having it checked out that what I brought it in for was fine. Repairs were not needed at all. Wow, $1995 I didn't have to spend, plus EG Toyota's quote was $300 less for the same repairs. They have a loyal customer in me from now on. Also, their Oil Change is the same price I thought I was getting a Coupon deal for at another place.
