Very relaxing experience. Service technicians, where very accommodating and effect. Just wish they would step up in the complinary dept.

Was told by service guy, that he will bring my mini van for me. Waited for 30 minutes in their waiting room, no one brought the van out, when I asked the cashier, he gave me the keys and told me it's behind the other building. Also, they have worst car wash ( had water marks all over the van).
I noticed that the left side of my spoiler on my '09 Corolla broke after getting the car back from an oil change at Elk Grove Toyota. After much debate, they agreed to take care of the repair at no cost. However, they did such a shitty job; it is so disappointing and the people were not professional. All they did to "fix" my spoiler was screwing it back on without even adding a seal to prevent it from wobbling AND to prevent water/rain seeping into the trunk. Very good customer service. Chri, Hudgson and Nai were great help. They knew what we needed and were not hesitant to help us.they set up my phone with Bluetooth. I walked out of there with the car i wanted and a great deal.
