They were all very respectful and of great assistance. The salesman Sam, his manager John, and Albert in finance were awesome and I feel were exemplary! We've purchased many vehicles from other dealers and have not been treated with the respect we received at Elk Grove Toyota. Thank you.

So far, so good � I bought my car here and my first service experience was a bit confusing because the place is so big and I hadn’t been there before. Not much indicates what the lanes mean. This time they told me which lane to be in and it made it a lot easier lol. Car is still new so oil change, rotate tires and back home. I wish there were more desks to work from while I waited but that’s just a wish list item.
I’ve had cars serviced here for years. Most recently I took my one year old RAV4 in for a 15,000 mile service. It was completely ready inside 2 hours.
I bought 2 cars from Elk Grove Toyota and I expected more from the service side. I went in and had one problem fixed but when I tried to turn my radio on later, it wasn’t working.. the hassle of going through the process again is a bit too much. It is both time consuming and expensive. Even the cashier was disengaged and seemed like she didn’t want to be there..
