RecommendedGreat car purchasing experience! Of all the dealerships, Elk Grove was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. Let’s just say their prices are hard to beat! One of the internet sales managers(Bill) helped us and he was awesome! It was nice not having to speak to someone else (another manager) to discuss pricing and paperwork... makes everything more legit!

Sales Dept is awesome. Service Dept could take lessons from sales staff. Service Dept is overloaded and inattentive to details regarding service history. I never felt like I really mattered to anyone in the service department. Been there 3 times over the last year and had to keep lowering my expectations each time. They did the work needed but I had to ask and follow up specifically for every detail done. If you want service attendants who take care of everything for you, this is not the best place.
Great service! Adrian was really friendly and helpful! I could see they were very busy by 8am but my car was received right away. They called with updates on my car and it was ready in the specified time. Everyone at Toyota is kind and courteous, and very efficient.
I just love my Toyota truck and the service people.
