RecommendedI went in to get my air bags fixed (due to a recall) I had to make an appointment, so I took my car in a day early. When I brought it in I explained the situation. I received a call about 2 hours later saying my car is finished. They had a mechanic who had nothing going on, so he jump right on the car and go it finished right away. Every time info there the employees are wonderful and very very helpful.
RecommendedService was great, on time, transportation provided by Lyft to get me to and from. Only complaint is that my car was covered in dirty water spots, like it was washed and then driven through a dirt field.

RecommendedAfter not having a good experience at Toyota in Lodi I decided to give Elk Grove Toyota a try and what a pleasant surprise! Very professional and done in a timely manner. I also loved the coffee bar and comfortable seats while you wait.

RecommendedGreat car purchasing experience! Of all the dealerships, Elk Grove was by far the most friendly and easy to work with. Let’s just say their prices are hard to beat! One of the internet sales managers(Bill) helped us and he was awesome! It was nice not having to speak to someone else (another manager) to discuss pricing and paperwork... makes everything more legit!
