I like that they check to see what has been done in the past to your vehicle. And that they go over with you what is going to be done to your vehicle. Plus the shuttle and their hours!! And getting that call that the vehicle is ready!!

Sale dept is good but not for services dept. The employees are nice but it takes me more than 2.5 hours for oil change is ridiculous even I had scheduled appointment couple days ago.
