Went in for our 1st maintenance check and I was met with smiles. I didn't have to wait long for my technician to greet me. Victor was real polite and very informative. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

When my truck was done. Oil change I was still sitting in the lobby I went in their check in the service department that my trucks key was laying on the desk and the guy who is helping went for lunch looks like there was nobody to cover his lunch and no one let me know that my truck is ready if I would have went in there I would have waited till his lunch was over so I ask the other guy that he could help me with these guys on lunch

We had our 2011 Camry serviced two weeks before we left for a 3,000 mile road trip. Spent $700 on the total service. 1,500 miles from home the check engine light came on. The care would idle and then break down. Stuck in 117 degree desert. Husband checks under the hood and the person who worked on the car did not attach the air duct.
