$145 for a diagnose is freaking disappointing! All the tech did was identified that the noise came from the water pump and needed replacement....and that cost $145?!?! Please list all the things you do when you diagnose the damn car bcuz $145 bucks to tell me I need to replace something is BS! On top of that, I think the service guy that helped me out is trying to avoid my calls! First call, got disconnected, second call, leave a msg! I get it, take my money and run. Never again!
Ruben and Albert were fantastic! Highly recommend their customer service. We have been to a lot of dealerships and dealt with many sales/finance teams as this is our 6th new or certified Toyota. Seriously the best sales team in this area! Well done Elk Grove Toyota and thank you!
The service was ok. However, the skirt of the car wash machine ripped the front of my license’s plate cover and broke a piece off. I didn’t check my vehicle while at the Elk Grove Toyota parking lots, but when I stopped at the gas station I noticed my license plate was bent outward, I immediately took pictures and called the service to speak to technician (Jose) that did the maintenance on my vehicle, but he was busy at the time. The Experience that I had at Elk Grove Toyota was this was my first car that I bought and the service they provided was excellent. Buying experience was great but service experience is terrible. First time I took my brand new car in for 6 month service, they scratched the hood and I wasted lots of time while they fixed it. Took my car in at 9am today for 12 month service and was told it would be ready by 1:30. Called me at 1:30 to say it was done but the shuttle couldn’t pick me up till 2:00.
