I had the most wonderful experience getting my oil changed at this location. Micheal my representative was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was greeted with a warm welcoming attitude and the account setup process was a breeze. Next I was forwarded to their beautiful lobby that had a vending machine of complimentary coffees and ice creams. I’ve had a great experience all around with Elk Grove Toyota so far! I purchased a brand new 2018 Camry 2 weeks ago. From the salesman Jerardo Aguilar, to the finance officer Nai, they were great, answered all my questions and processed everything quickly without a hassle. Unfortunately, something went wrong with my front passenger tire 2 weeks in, as it somehow got a flat. I took the car in to get looked at. I was seen almost immediately. Everyone was wonderful. My camry, only 20 k miles then, has tire issues. i took it to Elkgrove Toyota, and i was told they would check it and let me know later. Later i was told they had done alignment to it and it costed 99$. Without my consent, the service still forced me to pay. When i told him wouldn't pay, he offered a discount. i ended paying for it because i didn't want to deal with him--i smelled racism already. The worst part, the alignment did not solve the issue. i had to take to a tireshop to fix it-- it balancing problem. sad.
RecommendedI took my van for oil change, then I was told my van had a recall on the airbags.. I was able to leave the van overnight , I had a free rental car while they corrected the problem. Next day I went to pick up my van everything was running fine, then it was time to bring my van to the driveway , someone mixed the key, so nobody knew where my van was,it took 45 min to figure it out, 30 min until someone finally told me what was going on, it wouldn’t been a big deal if I didn’t have to go to work.
