Salesperson left us after test driving 1 truck wanted to compare it to the tundra and he went in to get keys but never came back, approached 5 salesmen sitting on a tabletop and apparently inconvienced their day at work. 1 guy helped us and went on to say the reason he didnt come back was because he assumed we werent going to buy anything. After that kind of customer service he was right!
I've bouts two vehicles from E.G. Toyota and I've been very satisfied both times. Scott Sade has been my initial point of contact both times and he's been great. From the sales floor to finance, I've received great service.
I was scheduled for a window tint for 3 windows. My schedule was at 10am, was told that it'll take a maximum of 3 hrs. It is now 4:06 and my car still is not ready! Now they're telling me it takes 3hrs to do the job and 3hrs to bring the car back to Toyota because its an off site job! C'mon Toyota, as big as you guys are, can't you afford some one on-site to tint your windows!!!??? Better customer service next time. Be upfront. I Should've known better, because even scheduling this appt was a pain in the bottom as well.
Loved with working with the people-from sales staff, customer relations to the finance people. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Drove off with a new SUV and could not be more pleased!

I just wish they wouldn't take so long 2 hour wait with an appointment for just an oil change ridiculous. Staff was nice just the wait sucks and then they tell me they can't fix the back break light because the service station was already close had you checked when I got there they would of been able to fix it when I first arrive and early to my appointment too 😱
I wish people could be more loyal and upfront with their customers instead of having them pay for a service when it's really not due yet. So I got an oil change on my Sienna today because my light came on a few days ago. Came home told my husband I had an oil change. He said I wasn't due for one because I always get synthetic oil which means when I hit 10,000 miles then an oil change is needed. My maintenance light appears and these workers are trained to have your car set to where it hits 5000 miles. I already hit 5,000 mil... read more
