I would give less than one star if I could. As I promise I will give a big negative review for John Thorpe, the manager at the Elk Grove and he didn't even care. Techs service is good, but the time waiting almost two hours for new cars' maintenance service is ridiculous, even I did have appointment. I think this kind of service should be less than one hour. You should have a special team just for this kind of service, make owning a new Toyota car is a pleasure, not a pain.
Its been almost a year since i got my toyota highlander xle 2017. I gotta say i got a great sale on the interest part, but my service experience was not so great. I didnt want to complain about it, but now that i am expecting my third child, we realized we cannot fit a carseat in the third row yet alone let anyone get in the back row seat without having them climb through the trunk or having to remove a carseat. I called the service department two days ago because there was a recall on the airbag . Lady I talked to said a service representative will call back "NEVER DID". TIME TO BUY A NISSAN

I called EG Toyota on Saturday afternoon looking for a simple maintenance appointment. I was scheduled for Tuesday morning at 7am. I start work at 7 so I let my manager know I’d be in at 7:30 that day. I pull into the first lane, the “appointments only” lane but noticed that the “non appointment” lane was moving much quicker. My experiences at EG Toyota have been good. Just went in on a recall. No Cost to me, which is as it should be. They also did a quick check of the car and topped the fluids. My Low windshield washer light had come on the day before. I was going to have to buy some and put it in. When I got my car back they had already done it. I love it.
We stopped by EG Toyota and the sales guy we sadly ran into was the biggest fedora-wearing jerk that I've ever encountered at a dealership. We weren't ready to buy, but this guy was completely unaware of how poorly he communicated, as we flat out told him to stop bashing other manufacturers at least twice. This all culminated when we ended the "test-drive" before we even exited the parking lot (in which he had to drive us off the lot - WTF? are we in the 1980's?).
