RecommendedWorst service department ever. The. Worst. They ALWAYS try to up-sell me but back down the second my husband gets involved. They frequently tell me things that are part of my prepaid service package are not covered and/or require that I show them paper documentation even though it is on the computer screen right in front of them. I NEVER have these problems at Folsom or Roseville. They are just inconveniently far away. We went to look at a 2014 Sienna I had found on a website and were met by a salesman named Scott Sady immediately upon arriving. Normally I cannot stand car salesman...their personalities usually drive me nuts. Not Scott. We told him what we were looking for and he took us over to see it. My family and I take all our Toyotas here for maintenance. Mainly oil change, but their service is fantastic! Join their rewards program and collect points to get discounts off certain services/products. They use to have a gold card program where you buy multiple oil changes and put it on the card to use whenever you like, but unfortunately they discontinued that program. Also, they provide free car wash with service and have a comfortable waiting area. Definitely one of my preferred places to go for service on my vehicles!
