Worst experience I have ever had. Got at the line at 4:03pm express maintenance to get a oil change and there were only 4 cars in front of me. One of the workers came out and wrote my miles on there work sheet and said someone will be with me shortly and I can wait in the car or in the shade. I waited in my truck for 30 plus minutes. It looked as if I would be next and the worker came out and ask what's the reason I was there for and I told him for a quick oil change. He told me the soonest would be 7:00pm.... Terrible experience buying my wife her first car! Bought a brand new 2016 Rav 4 on Monday and it was back in the dealership on Tuesday. I understand that things happen however the way it was handled and the way we were ignored was inexcusable. I have filed complaints with corporate Toyota, the DCA, and the CA department of New motor Vehicle sales. Still haven't gotten a call from the GM. I Have been dealing with this dealership when they were on florin rd. I have always been treated well in the service department. ( rocky deavers and fred daniels ) The parts department has always gotten me what I have needed and at a fair price. Between me and my friends since 91 have bought 23 vehicles from them the latest two corolla s premiums at cheaper than other dealerships in town.
