RecommendedNot an urgent care place but an actual ER, 1st rate service all the way. Great place for immediate attention.
Elitecare Plano was awesome last night when my congestion kept me from breathing adequately. I was seen right away. Kayla the registrar was great getting me checked in and out. She was very pleasant. Brett, the RN took me back to the room took all of my information and was great thru the whole process. Paul, the Tech was great getting the X-Rays done. Dr. Dannemiller was excellent dealing with my situation, and listening to my concerns with the treatment. Excellent job to all!!
My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Elite Care Emergency room. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. the nicest ER I've ever seen, with the friendliest staff, there was zero wait, and they answered all questions without rushing me at all!!
Friendly and patient staff. I’m thankful they got us in and out with the meds my little one needed. Went in crying, left with a smile.
Brett, Cassandra and Melody were most professional with our emergency. Dr. Burkett was outstanding and very caring. Would recommend to everyone. Next time I need care, I will go here!! Thanks to all of you!!

The staff was top notch. The lobby and patient rooms were very nice. There were drinks,snacks and coffee in the lobby. Much better than your typical hospital ER. OH my GOD! Branef, Kim, Rachel and the doctor was amazing!! I absolutely hate going to the doctor/ER but these guys made my visit so personable and worth my while. I was there for about two hours but if definitely felt less and I was feeling fantastic when I left. I can’t thank these guys enough and I love that the doctor did a follow-up call today to make sure that I was OK. They were so amazing that I asked if I could come see them again if I were sick and there response was “yes if I wanted a emergency bill”... lol I’ll j... read more
