Best Medical facility in Plano. Absolutely top notch service and care. Second time I have been there and will absolutely continue to use their service. Jimmy, Nadine and Rachel make a great team. While I was being stitched up I asked Jimmy to put Game 6 of the Stars on in my room. He did and it was amazing. Exactly how people should be treated.
Nurse Jimmy , tech Nadine , Melody and Dr London were so sharp, efficient and very caring. Highly recommend!
Thank you Elite Care for your great services. I went in for abdominal pain and the staff did a very thorough job of searching for all and any causes. They were very quick, I was never left in the room for more than 5 minutes before someone was in there with more information or to just check in on me. Jimmy was great! Received great care here tonight from Dr McMair, Branef and Kim. They were attentive, personable and professional. They listened carefully and attended to my needs appropriately. They did X-rays onsite. The receptionists were also attentive to my needs without me asking. The reception area was clean and comfortable with complimentary snacks and beverages. The whole experience was calm and not stressful like your typical ER. I would go back if necessary and would definitely recommend to a friend.
Wow! I was so impressed with the quality of care, friendliness of the staff and speed/ease of coming to Elite Care! It far surpassed my expectations. Jimmy, Paul and Henry as well as Dr. McNair made my visit a great experience. Dr. McNair - don't forget to find Slims in Cabo!

Jimmy, Nadine and Rachel were the best. I felt very comfortable and taken care of from the time I walked through the front door to getting an IV (which I am deathly afraid of from a past experience). Jimmy helped me overcome my fear of IVs! I would come here again in a heartbeat for any emergency I or my boyfriend may have.
From the moment I walked in, I felt truly cared for. Rachel at the front desk helped me quickly into a room and with my paperwork. Jimmy was an excellent nurse, maybe the best I've ever had. He was extremely friendly and professional, and helped put my mind at ease every step of the way. Cassandra was an excellent Tech, and was also quite friendly.
