Tonight I came in for really bad back / abdominal pain. Dr Burkett, the RN Brett, Tech Andy and registrar Rachel went above and beyond. Dr Burkett was very kind and did well with treating pain, and nausea. He explained my tests results and recommend drs to follow up with. I am very happy with the care I received and will use this er for all future needs. Thank you all so much!!

I went here Saturday in extreme distress and severe pain. I had an injury to my arm and chest a few of days previously and had been afraid to go anywhere due to possible exposure to Covid since I am immunocompromised due to chemo for lupus. I had awoken Saturday to a drastic increase in pain and shortness of breath. My two immediate concerns were that I had possibly thrown a clot from the injury that went to my lungs or potentially a punctured lung. Wow it is crazy how place are taking advantage of Of people thru COVID-19. It has not been 2 weeks that we were there and they were charging $150.00 for COVID testing. I referred someone this week and they told me they are now charging $ 350.00 for the test. I figured it was a mistake, I just called spoke to Kayla and she indicated that yes they are now charging $350.00. I will no longer refer anyone there their any many other place that are doing it. Very attentive staff with great sense of humor & personalities. Check in was a breeze & facility was nice & clean. Would highly recommend this 24hr care to any one needing medical attention after hrs. Definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.
Had to go because of a chemical burn. From the moment I walked in the door, Fatima and Carla had me back in a room and started working on me. Did not have time to even sit down! My nurse, jimmy came in and did his magic next. He and Carla worked worked well together. Efficient and professional. I was so impressed with the staff at Elite Care 24. I was feeling so ill that I could wait for my primary care physician office to open. I was greeted with kindness and concern by Kayla. Jimmy and Dr. Dannemiller were a great team. With the scare of Covid-19, they took extra precautions and treated me well.
