RecommendedExcelent patient / individual attention. RN Mike took the time to explain things clearly in an education manner. Paul and Rachel displayed a great deal of customer service making sure I was attended promptly while feeling sick. Dr. Longdon was very good and took good care of me making sure I received the care needed. Overall I highly recommend this place they definitely know how to live up to the 'Elite' name of the Care facility because in my opinion the treatment is at the elite level.
Bret, Cassandra & Kayla were great tonight when we came in with our son! very friendly and helpful!
Staff and service was good. My complaint is that a four hour visit to find out it was a stomach bug ended up costing $13,659.04. Insurance is handling the bulk of it but really come on. Our medical system needs an over haul as far as costs go. SMH..
My daughter and I attended the CPR class today, which was awesome! Our instructor, I believe her name was Shonda, was fun and knowledgeable! We took a tour of the facility and it was VERY clean and the staff was friendly. Three patients came in and 2 were checked out before our 2 hour class ended so the service was speedy. I would definitely recommend the CPR class and would very likely use there services if the need arises.
Everyone me was very friendly and prompt. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes from the time I walked in the front door. I would highly recommend them to anybody be needing emergency services.
Great service. My husband, myself, and my 2 1/2 year old son went in at 3am Saturday night. I was severely dehydrated and my potassium was very low. They loved my child (brownie points) and they took excellent care of me. They were kind and prompt. I even managed to leave with a couple of laughs and a smile on my face. The gift bag was a nice touch. Mike and one other female nurse wish I knew her name but I don’t were very carrying. Paul was very professional. Rachel was very sweet and helpful. Thanks Elite care!
This place ROCKS! From the minute we walked in the door, we were impressed by the staff! The facility is so nice and spotless, as well. I was given the most caring, kind and thorough care by Rachel, Cassandra, Mike and Dr McNair. If you need urgent care, this is the best place... with the BEST staff!
When I saw Elite Care, I initially thought....Doc in a box. It is a mini hospital and the staff was amazing. Melissa greeted me and gave me the necessary paperwork to fill out. Lute made sure I was comfortable during my CT scan/x-rays. Dr. C. Mcnair and Nicole (RN) were very attentive and made sure I didn't have to repeat myself 100 times...What an awesome team. Thank you very much!
Incredible attention when we walked in! Everyone from the Receptionist, Nurse and Doctor was pleasant and very helpful. Even though they could not assist us since I’m on Medicare (I won’t get political .... but just sayin’) they cleaned my nasty little wound and instructed me where to go and what to do. I almost want to get hurt again so I can visit with them again!!!!
