My Husband was admitted here today and they are amazing. I was at work when I got a phone and came right over. Right when I walked in. The nurse Priya was wonderful and took me strait to the Dr McNair. She explained everything! I walked into the room and he was so happy with his experience here we will be coming back if needed but Im hoping not soon.
I went in with a severe burn on my finger and in a lot of pain. The facility is super nice and comfortable and doesn’t feel like a typical ER. They got me back very quickly. My daughter and I hadn’t eaten dinner yet, so Fatima (marketing) got us snacks and a small backpack of goodies. She gave us the royal treatment and was such a blessing!! This clinic is my security blanket. Not only did they literally save my life when I suffered cardiac arrest in May 2017, they just took excellent care of me after falling today. Thought I may have fractured my ankle. The kindest staff ever...and they take care of you immediately. X-rays showed I’m fine just a bad sprain. Don’t ever hesitate to go if you ever need emergency care!
Our experience at Elite care Plano was absolutely awesome. Kathlena was a polite and professional Clerk. Nurse Branef and Dr nazeer Ware kind caring and compassionate. Radiology tech Nadine was very proficient and friendly. I want to personally thank the entire team at Elite Care Plano for all the wonderful care we received.

I went in twice the weekend before last and was treated with the best care I have ever received at an emergency room. I am super thankful I chose to come here because I am 6 hours away from my family. It eased both mine and my mom’s minds that there was such an amazing and caring staff looking after me. Thank you everyone for everything you did during both of my stays.
I went the day before yesterday feeling terrible not knowing what's wrong! Ms Fatima was my first contact and what a beautiful sweet lady she was. All the staff RN Priya, the Tech Brigett and Fatima the Registrar. Quick very informative and when I was leaving Ms. Fatima hooked me up with a bag of goodies antibacterial pens and stress balls and chap stick candy little wellness teddy bears!
