Elite Care stood out as an outstanding facility and operations from the moment I walked in the door. A clean waiting room with snacks, attentive personnel who communicated at every step along the way, a small wait, and superior experience from the medical staff were what awaited my husband and I when we needed to drop by. What could have been a stressful experience turned out to be quite the opposite.
Mike, Cassandra, and Kayla were so helpful this weekend when I had an allergic reaction and didn't have my epipen. They were so kind and made sure I was comfortable and safe while the reaction subsided.
Very professional, personable and caring staff. From the time I walked in Wanda took care of me and carefully transitioned me to Nadine, Rich and Wendi. They kept me well informed on what to expect and handled my injury with care. I recommend them and that facility to anyone needing immediate treatment as I did.
Fantastic customer service -right off the bat your greeted by Adrian. he sees you walking in the door and he pushes everything to the side to attend to you. I was in the room before i even finished the paperwork. Russ was my nurse and he is compassionate and took the time to explain what i had to do to get better after i left and the followup. no guessing or have to read your release paper work. The peeps know they're stuff - you dont ever feel rushed but you're in your out and well on your way. Kim you rocked it out too !!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly smile from Stephanie and Adrian. I think I sat down and waited for maybe 15 minutes before being called to the back. The staff was very professional and courteous which is something you do not get very often at urgent care centers. Kim was the tech who assisted me and she made sure I was comfortable .
