Excellent in every way.Russ,Kim,Adrian and Dr.Short were incredible. Beautiful facility, fast and courteous service, very interactive, top notch doctor and staff. They even arranged all the paperwork and transfer of records to a hospital because we needed an mri. They can do ct scans but not mri. Better than going through the er triage at a hospital.
I went to Elite care this week and it was a really great experience. I hate going to the doctors, but they had me in and out and feeling better in no time. The staff was very attentive and seem to really care about my well being. If I'm ever sick I'll definitely use this ER again, it didn't feel like that old hospital ER process. My son was sick last night and we tried this emergency room for the first time. What a great staff they have and what a clean facility. Rich, Cassandra, and Stephanie got us in and out so quick and without any issues. This will be where my family goes when time of need. Thank you for your help!!!
My experience couldn't have been better! Felt sick for days before Thanksgiving, but my best decision was going to Elite Care and being seen. Stephanie and the front desk team got me check-in quickly and easily. Then my Tech Cassandra and my RN Rich were great in understanding what was bothering me, taking all precautions to make sure I didn't have any other health problems, and got me in and out in short time. Today, I feel the best I have in days and I'm ready for some Thanksgiving Turkey!
I went to Elite care for a bad cough. Adrian was warm friendly and made sure I understood all the paperwork. He escorted me back to a room and made me very comfortable on the bed. The nurse Bettty, xray tech Kim and Dr. Castro came right in and took care of me right away. Everyone was pleasant friendly and made me feel very important. I will come here again and again for all emergency needs for myself and my son. Staff was extremely professional and very friendly
Was in and out in no time at all. Didn't finish filling out papers before Dr Castro was calling us back. Kathlena was very helpfull. Priya the rn was wonderful.
I'm so glad that I stopped in this emergency room for treatment. One of my friends highly recommended the place so when I was feeling ill I made sure this is where I can. Adrian initiated the visit and took excellent care of me when I arrived to the facility. The waiting area was nice, neat, and had everything I needed. I stopped by wasn't feeling real well. The facility itself was nice!!!!! Adrian Simmons told me to come check it out and I'm so glad I did! They made me feel right at home! Not to mention the snacks!!!!!!! With this kind of service, they deserve every penny they bill my insurance. Thank you Adrian and Elite Care staff!!!!!
