I normally don't have headaches but last week I had one that continued to get worse. I searched for the closet emergency room and found Elite Care in Plano. I figured I'd go based on the reviews online. To my surprise they exceeded my expectations! I was greeted promptly by Adrian who was at the front desk. Beautiful state of the art facility on the corner of Dallas North tollway and Park in Plano. Our daughter received excellent care here. We really appreciated the front registrar, Adrian's helpfulness and our nurse Mike was very helpful and our X ray tech Brigette was super friendly. Great facility for adults or kids. Will definitely go back !
In and out with two stitches and a tetanus shot in 45 minutes. Great reception, smiles on their faces and patience while you fill out forms. Actually enjoyed my visit. Doctor let me get a close up view as he stitched me up, pretty cool. Definitely recommend going there (right by Mike's office). It's a full ER, not like a PrimaCare.
The emergency care facility was impressive upon arriving and my husband was greeted pleasantly by Kayla while entering Elitecare. He was promptly taken to the examination room by Adrian who took his information and introduce him to the nurse Rich. While waiting to see the nurse, Adrian offered my husband and me something to drink. The nurse(Rich) listen attentively and examined his injury with care. I can't say enough good things about this place! I was checked in and in a room in about 5 minutes after walking in! Nicole, Kim, Kathleen, Dr. Lassiter & Dr. Castro were incredible!!!! This is the place to get sick guys! When I heard Presby Plano was going to be a 2-3 hour wait, I headed over and was taken care of immediately. I didn't want to spend my Saturday night in the ER, but I kinda didn't want to leave because I was being treated like royalty. LOL! Highly recommend this place!
Today was my first time going to Elitecare ER in Plano. From the time I called them, to the time I walked into the ER, everyone treated us like family. Our RN-Russ has a wonderful bedside manner, made a stressful situation more relaxing. Our Tech-Brigettee made sure my daughter was comfortable. And our Registtrar-Adrian, is definitely the person you want welcoming you to the ER. He is awesome! If I need to go to the ER again in the future, I will definitely go back there. ( Far, far future).
I was seen at Elitecare and 24 hours later I tell you I am feeling much better !!! After being sick for over 11 days I was glad to get relief. When I came in Adrian greeted me with a bright, friendly smile. He had me in the back in no time at all. When I got to the back Betty, the nurse was so friendly, efficient and caring (even as she gave me the painful shots) she explained what she was doing before starting and that made me feel comfort.
