Best 24 ER I’ve ever been to!! Jimmy, Nadine, Rachel and Dr. McNair were awesome. They made me feel as comfortable as possible. The Dark chocolate and snacks were definitely a plus!

The best experience by far. I was hesitant to bring my 4 year old, but glad I did. Jimmy, Nadine, Rachel, And Dr Chantal were by far the greatest individuals. They gave a Chick Fila style service that won my son over. I would recommend them for any adult or child. Wait was less than 10 minutes and I left knowing that we were well taken care of.
I came to Elite Care Plano and the staff who assisted me Braneff, Brigette, Rachel and Dr. V were all very friendly. I was in and out very quickly. I definitely recommend Elite Care Plano.
Extremely pleased with my experience at the Elite Care in Plano last night. I was a little shaken up after an accident that left me with a gash across my eyelid, but they made me feel very comfortable. Jimmy S. had wonderful bedside manner. Highly recommend!
Best in class experience. My wife has nerve damage following two microdiscetomies and she had back spasms that severely flared up to where she couldn't move at all. Elite Care got her back in room and with the doctor immediately and within 30 minutes had begun an IV treatment. Even more than that, I can't say enough about the care we got from the team there, from getting the IV going on the first attempt (which has been an issue at other care facilities) to walking her through everything that they were doing.
