I went to Elite Care last night and I was amazed with the service I received. I was seen within 3 minutes of walking through the door. Dr. McNair, Brett and Carla were so nice and helpful, I was definitely put at ease. Their bedside manor and professionalism was above and beyond what I was expecting. The registrar Chay was also very nice and professional. If you ever need emergency room services go to Elite Care!
I went to Elite Care 24hr Emergency in Plano in the morning of Thanksgiving ! Bad beginning of this busy day.. The whole team was fantastic. They welcomed me immediately and did the battery of tests I needed in an impressive way. The doctor was amazing and shared with me every step of the process. Dr. Burkett, Tara, Brigettee, and Kayla provided me with wonderful treatment I was in and out and treated like family. Customer service and care exudes from this facility.
I went to Elite Care last night with chest pains! And I have to say the level of service and quick response and care was by far the BEST! The team that took care of me we’re super comforting and attentive. Words cannot express the gratitude, I have for the personnel at this location. Thank you Dr. Burkett, Nurse Jimmy, Tech Andy, and Registrar Rachel. I truly appreciate each of you taking care of me and thank goodness it wasn’t a heart attack!
I brought my son in after a sports injury and the staff at Elitecare were amazing. They took us right back with no wait time. They take the time and listen to you & treat you like family. Thank you so much to Dr. Dannemiller, nurse Brett, rad tech Carla and Marika at the front desk!
My blood sugar dropped extremely low and they took the best care of me... It was a touch and go situation and they did not hesitate one second and got my blood sugar back up to a normal level.
