Recommendedwe had an amazing experience here. The whole staff was kind, professional and listened to all of our concerns. Jimmy was our nurse and he was great. He made us feel comfortable and explained everything so perfectly!
Fatima, Tara, Brigette, and mcnair were fantastic! I walked in and by the time I finished the paper work they were ready for me.

I was in a car accident and hit my head really hard! Went here to be checked out, first nurse was super nice and friendly. They got me right back and did a cat scan on me. It was during shift change and you would have never known that was going on ( they told me ). Never missed a beat on my care!!! I came in with a bit if a silly but serious situation. The staff was so accommodating and warm. They helped me laugh even though all I wanted to do was cry! Lee, Tara, Kim and Rachel are such incredible people individually and the staff as a whole has a beautiful comradery. I felt so comfortable and important while in their care! Hopefully no more visits but if I need to I'll be coming back (: thanks ladies! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was recently seen by the elite care team and I cannot express how good they were to me. I went to Baylor Plano and left due to the long wait. As soon as I got there I was well received and taken to be examined. The entire team was so kind and helpful. Dr.McNair, Carolee, Lute and Fatima were truly amazing. I am so thankful for you all.
