Verified Renter Elan at Mallard Creek is a great place to live. I’ve been here four years and still love it here. It’s close to the interstate I-85 and close to many shopping areas within a few miles. Beautiful walking trails, pet friendly with a pet spa, and workout gym with modern equipment. It has a tennis court, pool and grilling area. The new management team is working on upgrades regularly. Management and maintenance staff are approachable and friendly
