Verified Renter Apartments need major updating. Quiet neighborhood tho even tho located off the main road it’s still somewhat secluded and I’ve never encountered any problems

Having shade beneath the trees to sit in a well-kept area is invaluable when getting to know your neighbors. The nature trail however, is absolutely priceless. Verified Renter Management could be more responsive and communicative. There are a lot of topics that get half communicated, such as broken gates, unused keys, etc. Management runs two neighboring properties so it's what happens. Maintenance is amazing and goes above and beyond every time.

Verified Renter Way too small for the insane price they charge for rent. Not worth it in my opinion. Bathrooms need updating as well as Amenities need updating.
