Having shade beneath the trees to sit in a well-kept area is invaluable when getting to know your neighbors. The nature trail however, is absolutely priceless. Verified Renter Management could be more responsive and communicative. There are a lot of topics that get half communicated, such as broken gates, unused keys, etc. Management runs two neighboring properties so it's what happens. Maintenance is amazing and goes above and beyond every time.

Verified Renter Way too small for the insane price they charge for rent. Not worth it in my opinion. Bathrooms need updating as well as Amenities need updating.

Verified Renter I’ve been here for four years now and it’s still a great place to live. With prices rising all over Queen City Elan at Mallard Creek is still affordable. They’re pet friendly, they have a grooming station on die as well as car wash carport with a Vacuum. There’s a dog park on one of the walking trails. It is twenty minutes to the airport on I-85 The apartment homes are equipped with washers and dryers and patios and balconies are a great size

Verified Renter There is trash on the roads that cause car damage. There is also very little communication from management on changes to the complex, such as if the gate is working or not, what to do with out of date equipment, etc.
