Verified Renter The front office staff has gotten much better. There are too many children roaming the neighborhood, making a lot of noise so perhaps there can be a letter sent to resident stating that children under 18, must be accompanied by an adult etc. The trash company is horrible. The landscape crew is dutiful but not friendly except for 1 gentleman. Everyone else rides around on the golf carts like some secret society. I miss community gatherings and events

Verified Renter Quiet community that needs some updating. A nicer gym would be ideal as well. This is a safe neighborhood and I haven’t really had many problems in the three years I’ve been here

Verified Renter The community is nice. Only downside is that the maintenance we receive is not even subpar. Wish that the office staff would actually listen to the concerns and not just rush us out of the facility. Neighbors downstairs BLAST music until our floor vibrated until 3am in the morning.

Verified Renter I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. When I first moved here things were great but now every month my rent is going up. I'm paying for services I don't even get. And there is always something new with regards to being charge for something that wasn't explained upon moving in. If I'm fortunate to find something else I will not be renewing my lease.

Verified Renter With the new Management team in place I do see some changes to get this Property back to five stars. It is still a great place to live. The gates are finally working and changes have been made in regards to accessing the gym and packaging pickup. The fact that the property is located in an area that is easily accessible to the airport, uptown and UNC Charlott is another great reason to live here .
