Verified Renter Water is forever being shut off for some reason and apartments could really use updating. All in all a safe and quiet community to live in though.

terrible… don’t apply I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. My boyfriend and I applied twice, and had to pay so much money in fees, only to get denied twice. The first time they told us we needed a co-signer or guarantor, and didn’t bother to refund us or anything so they made us pay a second time to apply, and they would not look at our application for weeks. Verified Renter I love my apartment minimum issues but they have been resolved. My favorite part is my garage makes it easy for the kids and I to come and go as we please.

Verified Renter I do enjoy living here. It is close to my job and the environment is calm. I haven't had issues with any neighbors. My pet is happy with seeing birds near by. I do enjoy how it is here and we can trust at night. It is a friendly environment. I do say that maintenance needs to be improved since I did send like 3 work orders and no one showed up. Its coming to the point where I have to call management to be involved.

Verified Renter The front office staff has gotten much better. There are too many children roaming the neighborhood, making a lot of noise so perhaps there can be a letter sent to resident stating that children under 18, must be accompanied by an adult etc. The trash company is horrible. The landscape crew is dutiful but not friendly except for 1 gentleman. Everyone else rides around on the golf carts like some secret society. I miss community gatherings and events

Verified Renter Quiet community that needs some updating. A nicer gym would be ideal as well. This is a safe neighborhood and I haven’t really had many problems in the three years I’ve been here

Verified Renter The community is nice. Only downside is that the maintenance we receive is not even subpar. Wish that the office staff would actually listen to the concerns and not just rush us out of the facility. Neighbors downstairs BLAST music until our floor vibrated until 3am in the morning.
