Verified Renter Overall the move was very smooth. We didn't have any air for the first few days,due to the unit not working. I can say that the maintenance staff was on top of the problem and offered a solution until the problem could be fixed. I can say that if there is a need for maintenance they come in a timely manner. The office staff have been very helpful and friendly.

Verified Renter Air hasn’t work since move in and poor communication about getting it fixed. Apartment is okay, the leasing process took a month literally. Nice size, good kitchen, & huge balcony.

Verified Renter The staff is great just seems like they are understaffed and can’t answer the phones. Maintenance is great when they do show up but typically they never follow my notes to call since I work from home or need to know when to remove the security latch. I still have yet to have someone come by or contact me about my ticket for my garage lights needing to be replaced.

Verified Renter I’ll give it a 3 stars because there are a quite a few things that should have been taking care of before moving in. Other wise nice and quiet neighborhood.

Verified Renter Not what I expected at all! Roaches, break ins, amenities work at random or not available, gate never shut or locked, your charged $50 or more for trash monthly plus you still have to pay for the amenities, building is old, so mold everywhere! Property Manager lives in meetings, but then will walk off of her office and no one else is there and she’s not on the phone. She just never wants to talk to residents. For what you paying here, go somewhere else!!!!!

However, upon move-in, two appliances were noted to be broken; the refrigerator leaked and the dishwasher contained standing water. Both problems were communicated to management immediately. Verified Renter The maintenance crew is amazing but definitely working off limitations last year I had asked about fixing and replacing my outdoor ceiling fan and they said they’d order the part but never did. Well winter hit so I didn’t care so much but now that summer is back I come to find out from other residents and maintenance that those parts were never ordered. I will be submitting another maintenance ticket but typically you have to follow up to get anything bigger done. The office staff seems to be overwhelmed too ... read more
