Verified Renter There are many improvement that have been done to improve the property, such as the new lighting which I just love. They try had to keep the grounds clean. When we have a problem like when the fire sprinkler was leaking they responded quickly. There are many things that needs attention which is my I scored this review a 4.

Verified Renter When I first moved here things were good but it just seems like things are going down hill. When landscaping comes they blow leaves in the corner of my garage area, there are nails always found close to garage I believe it’s coming from the foundation, and the trash that’s left around is nasty.

Verified Renter The communication lack and they tell you something different each time you talk to someone the outside curb appeal is horrible the stairwell doesn’t get blown or swept unless you do it yourself and the inside could use updating on some things with the amount they charge you and the gate never works and had been unworkable for months

Verified Renter This goes up and down but mainly due to communication and having a hard time with office follow up. Amenities would be second lowest at community especially the gym which needs a harsh upgrade to the cardio equipment
