Verified Renter Rent is very high and usually the gym and pool are not kept up with. They have gotten a ton better with the staff and answering the phones but one other gripe is deliveries for packages is a mess

Verified Renter I’ve been in my apartment since April of 2023 and I have been enjoying it. Only con is having to follow up with maintenance constantly to get something done. Other than that it’s a 10/10 experience living here.

Verified Renter This has been the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. There are serious plumbing issues that requires the water to be shut off almost every month. When you put in service requests for repairs they do not come, they just delete your requests like it never happened. This place definitely needs new management.

Verified Renter This place is great! We have a dog bath area at the main building. I was able to use this accommodation yesterday, it was lovely. I recommend.

Verified Renter Water is forever being shut off for some reason and apartments could really use updating. All in all a safe and quiet community to live in though.

terrible… don’t apply I would give this place 0 stars if I had the option. My boyfriend and I applied twice, and had to pay so much money in fees, only to get denied twice. The first time they told us we needed a co-signer or guarantor, and didn’t bother to refund us or anything so they made us pay a second time to apply, and they would not look at our application for weeks. Verified Renter I love my apartment minimum issues but they have been resolved. My favorite part is my garage makes it easy for the kids and I to come and go as we please.

Verified Renter I do enjoy living here. It is close to my job and the environment is calm. I haven't had issues with any neighbors. My pet is happy with seeing birds near by. I do enjoy how it is here and we can trust at night. It is a friendly environment. I do say that maintenance needs to be improved since I did send like 3 work orders and no one showed up. Its coming to the point where I have to call management to be involved.
