Verified Renter I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income. When I first moved here things were great but now every month my rent is going up. I'm paying for services I don't even get. And there is always something new with regards to being charge for something that wasn't explained upon moving in. If I'm fortunate to find something else I will not be renewing my lease.

Verified Renter With the new Management team in place I do see some changes to get this Property back to five stars. It is still a great place to live. The gates are finally working and changes have been made in regards to accessing the gym and packaging pickup. The fact that the property is located in an area that is easily accessible to the airport, uptown and UNC Charlott is another great reason to live here . Verified Renter Rent is way to high for how little we get. Gates always broken and amenities are not taken care of and the pool would randomly be closed without notification. Communication is not their strongest suit when the gate would be fixed, or the pool would close there would be no emails or communication.

Take your money somewhere else! ANYWHERE else! Renters beware!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! My daughter applied for an apartment and after her move in date was pushed back 3 times, she had to go with another option. It has been almost 2 months now and they have yet to return her security deposit for an apartment SHE NEVER MOVED INTO!! Verified Renter Over all it’s quiet and convenient to get places. But the trash in the breezeways is terrible. I wish there was a better solution. Maintenance is also supper friendly and work to ensure things are fixed in a timely manner
