Verified Renter Rent is way to high for how little we get. Gates always broken and amenities are not taken care of and the pool would randomly be closed without notification. Communication is not their strongest suit when the gate would be fixed, or the pool would close there would be no emails or communication.

Verified Renter Quiet community that could use some major upgrades for the price of the rents. Water is always getting shut off for some reason or another which is a major inconvenience

Take your money somewhere else! ANYWHERE else! Renters beware!!! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! My daughter applied for an apartment and after her move in date was pushed back 3 times, she had to go with another option. It has been almost 2 months now and they have yet to return her security deposit for an apartment SHE NEVER MOVED INTO!! She has been unable to get any help from the people in the office and Megan with corporate is even worse! Save your money and go somewhere that actually knows how to run a business... read more

Verified Renter Over all it’s quiet and convenient to get places. But the trash in the breezeways is terrible. I wish there was a better solution. Maintenance is also supper friendly and work to ensure things are fixed in a timely manner

Verified Renter This place has been so problematic in the 2 months we have lived here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Something new breaks every week. New problem this week is rodents.

Verified Renter I’ve been here four years and always gave stellar reviews. But lately with quick turnovers of Management and Maintenance things have not been so great. Tenants are leaving garbage outside their doors and not in garage cans provided, outside garbage and pet garbage cans not being picked up regularly until they are spilling over, pet waste is all over the property and pickup by owners not being done. Verified Renter The Apartment is beautiful , the property is too. I just wish the walkways would be power washed once in a while and neighbors actually were held accountable for the access of opened trash that valet won’t pick up and they continue to be told but won’t do nothing.

Verified Renter I have mostly enjoyed my apartment thus far. The only issue is when I submit maintenance requests they get deleted after a week and then I have to submit again. I am really not sure what this is about but this is the second time this has happened to me.
