Verified Renter I really love my apartment so far. It seems to be a quiet and safe location. No major issues. Leasing staff and property manager are great! Just waiting on a work order other than that I’m pleased so far.

Verified Renter Here three years and had no problems with management or maintenance. New management team has been diligent with the upkeep of the property fixing the front gate entrance. Good place to live. Located close to I-85 in the university city area

Verified Renter My experience has been a nightmare. Getting things repaired is nearly impossible. Service requests that I submitted in November & December of 2022 are just now being fixed after having to report them to the City of Charlotte. If you need any repairs done, good luck. Word of advice, screenshot everything!

Verified Renter Amazing stuff and community, the whole area is clean, neighbours are nice, leasing office stuff attentive. The gym has pretty much all the equipment, the pool is big and clean, there is tennis court and a lot of nice seating area
