Verified Renter New management has changed up things and not in a great way in my opinion. Changes had been made with no prior communication about it. For the first time in 7 years of being here, I'm actually looking to move when my lease is up.

Verified Renter Staff has been very helpful, it’s quiet, it’s updated… no complaints thus far. My move-in process was simple and straight to the point. The community itself is beautiful and kept up. The technology is helpful (smart phone app to pay rent, app to unlock doors and toggle lights, etc.)

Verified Renter I moved here June 2022, at first everything was fine, great location, quiet neighborhood, lovely apartment! Little did I know, my opinion would soon change. Water gets turned off almost every month. The pipes are bad in the apartments, I currently have a huge hole in my ceiling, water damage on my walls & floors. It’s going on 3 WEEKS & it hasn’t been repaired yet. Definitely would not recommend

Verified Renter Third year here and still think it’s a great place to live. Close to I85 and right next to shopping plaza where Food Lion and Dollar Tree are. Only a few miles away from Concord Mills and a few miles away from Northlake Mall. Located in University City area. New Management is awesome and approachable. Very friendly staff. Maintenance is reliable and turnaround time is good
