Lazy Amenity fee was raised recently but things are still not being taken care of by maintenance on a consistent basis. The restrooms are disgusting including not cleaned on a daily basis. There’s a toilet that hasn’t been flushed in a week in the womens restroom and it’s full. Toilet paper restocks are just thrown on the counter not placed on the ring same for gym wipes and soap and paper towels. For the raise in fee they should be able to take care of the simple things.

Experience I just transferred to my 3 apartment and I freaking love this place....I went from a 2 bed to a 1bed and back to a 2 bed this 3rd move is better... the lady’s in the office Laketta and Awesome man they supper cool.

Renew It’s time for me to renew. I thought my rate was going to increase significantly which will cause me to relocate. I’m happy to say that I am staying! I love my rate I love my apartment and the staff is wonderful. I’m a elderly resident and they went out their way to make sure that I am taking cared of. I’m happy to spend another year here. Let me not forget how Awesome the lady’s up front are.

Terrible place to live Management is rude and dont care for any maintenance request. If you want to get maintenance done be prepared to followup for weeks before the office staff puts in the work order and another couple of weeks before the maintenance folks showup, so you are looking at 4-5 weeks before your maintenance request is done. Forget about emergency maintenance. They just dont care. I have never seen such arrogant and mean ladies in any other apartments. I regret the decision to move here.

The worst apartment in Charlotte DO NOT MOVE HERE! It's a bait and switch through and through renovations were supposed to be done months ago but in the month of April 2018 my sink fell through my countertop because it wasn't secured properly and flooded my neighbor downstairs and flooded my kitchen and dining room. And the response we got when we asked what were they going to do as far as reimbursement because my food in the cabinets was ruined they said and I quote" that's why we have you guys get renters insurance" like..... read more
Awful!!!! Do not waste your money here!! The staff is absolutely terrible since they switched over to Robbins Management. They are rude, inconsiderate of the hardships and struggles of their residents. It was so much better as the Bridges. There are several Apartment complexes on WT Harris, do yourself a favor and please go look at them. You will regret signing a lease with Elan!!!!

Do not move here SCAM! Nothing but a bait and switch! This is not a luxury apartments. The management will give you incorrect information. The management lies Do Not Move Here!!.. They give you a tour of the new upgrade apartment but your apartment will not look like it. They try to give upgrades which are half done and try to upgrade it with you living in there. New Management Do not move here. I moved into their larger 3 bedroom and the first two weeks were great. We started to notice roaches after the 2nd week. The roaches were every where inside our stove inside our refrigerator and all in the cabinets. For 2 months we had to deal with the exterminator. We were asked to remove all of stuff out of the cabinets several times. It took several calls to get a new stove and refrigerator replaced. The property manager doesn't know what she's doing.
