They give you a tour of the new upgrade apartment but your apartment will not look like it. They try to give upgrades which are half done and try to upgrade it with you living in there. New Management Do not move here. I moved into their larger 3 bedroom and the first two weeks were great. We started to notice roaches after the 2nd week. The roaches were every where inside our stove inside our refrigerator and all in the cabinets. For 2 months we had to deal with the exterminator. We were asked to remove all of stuff out of the cabinets several times. It took several calls to get a new stove and refrigerator replaced. The property manager doesn't know what she's doing. Sketchy and loud! We moved in loving the apartment at first. But within months we started to hate it. Full of sketchy people who walk around all the time. My husband even had a gun pulled on him one night at our apartments. Everyone smokes weed around here so you constantly smell it. I literally can't walk out of my apartment and not smell it. We've seen drop offs all the time around here. We tried to break our lease but they charged an arm and a leg to do it. Luckily we will be out soon! The crime in the area is skyrocketin... read more

Spacious apartment I have lived in my apt for more than a year now and have had minimal problems. I love the size of apt spacious closets and bathroom, I particularly like the second bedroom you have a double door you can close and a bathroom all to yourself very private. SCAM! Nothing but a bait and switch! If I could give this place -5 stars I would. Nothing but a SCAM is what this apartment place is! Don't let them sucker you in with the bait and switch. They are completely taking advantage of me because I am a student and single female they don't think deserves respect. Get Nice, safe and Cheap apartments I live in Bridges at mallard creek, Its a nice community with good amenities. Service staff is very good and people at leasing office are very nice, specially Tasha :). Come Experience it you will not regret :)
