Verified Renter The grounds are well maintained. The office staff, Australia and Tony were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. The apartment has good space and overall is well maintained. However, upon move-in, two appliances were noted to be broken; the refrigerator leaked and the dishwasher contained standing water. Both problems were communicated to management immediately. Verified Renter The maintenance crew is amazing but definitely working off limitations last year I had asked about fixing and replacing my outdoor ceiling fan and they said they’d order the part but never did. Well winter hit so I didn’t care so much but now that summer is back I come to find out from other residents and maintenance that those parts were never ordered. I will be submitting another maintenance ticket but typically you have to follow up to get anything bigger done. The office staff seems to be overwhelmed too ... read more

Verified Renter Process can be a little slow to start with the paperwork and logistics but once its processed the last parts like deposit, renters insurance, and such are pretty smooth. Australia has been great!

Verified Renter My lease is ending in August. My stay was decent, towards the end of the stay there has began to be more & more crime related incidents occurring.
Verified Renter Very nice, quiet. Trash hasn’t been picked up on the day they’re supposed to at least since the first time they came but overall the property is nice, and the neighborhood is quiet.
