Verified Renter Only negative thing is I think they need cameras installed on the buildings because my car was broken into and almost was taken . They broke my window out and popped the steering wheel column

Verified Renter It's a very beautiful community..the landscaping is very well kept, waking up and hearing and seeing the nature is such a delight. Having coffee on my patio, I feel like I'm in a retreat everyday.Waiting on the park to be remodeled, and the pool to be up and running as part of our summer endeavors.Following up with conversations and maintenance requests, could be a bit better ..overall it's great here granddaughter to play.

Verified Renter I love the layout of the apartment. It’s beautiful even though a lot of things are covered up. A lot of my outlets have shorts or just do not work or barely holding on to the wall. The office staff are very pleasant to deal with as well. My biggest issue is the ceiling leaked. I put in a maintenance request weeks ago and they sent someone to dry the area. Verified Renter It took a minute but Jerry was diligent and guided me through the application creating a seemly smooth process. Overall the staff was easy to talk with and was quick to answer any question that I had. My apartment was just what I expected, very clean and everything was in tact.

Also the unit applied for was not available and we were not shown the available units we could choose from(on the website it shows at least 2 other available units). They put us in a unit comparable to the price of the unit we applied for. The apt they gave us has water damage on the ceiling. It should be painted again.
