Verified Renter It’s been a wonderful experience. Quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. The convenience of the local grocery stores, Walmart, Walgreens etc. everything is within distance. Overall it has been a great 4 months of living here.

Verified Renter Was a little hesitant when first going through the process because of communication issues, but glad I made the move. Leasing manager named Goldie made everything easy and took any anxiety out of the leasing process. Minor touch ups were needed in the apartment which she had completed the same day! Very pleased with the move at this point.

Verified Renter Lately maintenance has been a lot slower. It took me about four weeks to get a lightbulb change in my room because my ceilings are vaulted and I did not have the ladder needed and neither did they for the property. I had to continually follow up around the same time, my heater downstairs stopped working that took them two weeks to come and fix and when they finally did, it worked for a couple of hours and then stopped.
