Today Dr Alvarez filled a cavity that, most likely, would have escaped the notice of anyone else. Because he is so thorough and conscientious, he found it, probably saving my tooth. This cavity was between the margin of a crown and the gum line, all the way in the back of my mouth. Let's put it this way: I am very glad Dr. Alvarez is young and therefore not likely to retire soon. A great dentist by any measure.
I started to see Dr. Alvarez in 2009, after reading many favorable reviews online. He's been great. He cares about his patients, is very concerned about sensitive to pain, and has a very pleasant chair-side manner. His office staff are great as well. Dr Alvarez has the newest technology in his small office. He doesn't do the insurance paperwork, but my insurance has never had any issues with reimbursing my expenses.
I selected Dr. Alvarez based on the reviews from this site and so far he has turned out to be the best dentist that I've ever had. He has performed extensive procedures including everything involved with crowns. I've been very impressed with the results. He's patient and he explains everything. His staff is also very friendly and thorough. I recommend him to all of my friends.

Best dentist I've been to. Ever. I'm keeping him. After experiencing "the rest" I finally found "the Best!" The only thing that would make going to the dentist perfect would be going to the dentist free!! lol.
Dr. Eddie Alvarez is #1 in my eyes & he actually saved my life! I began seeing Dr. Alvarez for acupuncture in 2011 after years of suffering from extreme fatigue & and overall feeling that my body was shutting down. I have had crowns and cleanings, and cavities filled. He is kind, thorough, and has an extreme expertise. Dr. Alvarez is by far the greatest dentist in the universe.
Had a rear molar break, and every time my old dentist fixed it, it ended up re-breaking again. Was told about Dr. Alvarez by a co-worker. He fixed it without any problems, and I haven't had any problem with that tooth since then. Now I go to Dr. Alvarez for everything dental.
Does a great job! Reliable results. Have never had any issues.
